Evans is an esteemed Advocate of The High Court of South Africa and a Senior Legal Manager. He has over 20 years of legal work experience as an attorney, inhouse legal advisor and advocate.

Evans specializes in banking and finance, commercial legal work and in commercial litigation which includes lots of drafting, arguing matters in the High and Magistrates’ Court, legal risk identification and mitigation, legal advice and opinions. He has advised and acted in matters relating to debt collection, liquidations, sponsorship agreements, grant of mining rights, disregard of BEE shareholders rights in a company, as well as breach and enforcement of contractual rights.

His area of expertise includes Banking and Finance, Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Insolvency and Business Rescue, Intellectual Property, Sports, Media and Entertainment Law, Consumer Law, , Constitutional Law, Labour Law, and Company Law.

His LLM thesis is titled: Money Laundering In Legal Practice and In Banking & Finance.
