Shaaheda Hoosein

Shaaheda is a property law attorney. She focuses on both residential and commercial property, from sectional title registrations and township development through to bond registrations and transfers.

She also looks at how property ownership impacts personal estates, and drafts ante-nuptial contracts.

Shaaheda was admitted as an attorney 2001, a conveyancer in 2003 and a notary in 2007. She served her articles at Farouk Khan Attorney. In 2003 she joined Deneys Reitz, where she stayed for seven years. In 2012 she left to manage the conveyancing department at Anthoney Wilton Thinane inc. In 2014 she joined Tshisevhe, Gwina, Ratshimbinani Attorneys as director Conveyancer and Notary before moving on to Dasoo Attorneys.

Shaaheda now heads up our property division.
